Birthday Shoot with the Lovely Thalia
A few weeks ago, I got tasked with doing a shoot for my friends daughter, for her 1st birthday. This was real fun for me as its one of my favorite things to capture something special for families. I don't approach this as I need to get her to pose, more like let her be herself and I'll run around trying to capture a moment. Mom and Dad along with my own kids helped with getting her attention which was awesome. I had a team behind me making funny faces and getting her to have fun. Since she's a February baby we kept the valentines theme on some shots. Thanks to the family that allowed me to do this.....
Lee Wilson and Kelvin Sylvester
I got the pleasure of doing a photo shoot with a good friend of mines, whom I followed his Music career for a long time, and Kelvin. Lee Wilson introduced me to, Kelvin, he is one of his upcoming projects producer who also produces amazing house music. Together they are in the starting stages of producing what seems to be soulful house music album. I can't wait to hear the finished product. Regardless they asked me to do a photo shoot for them and I was excited, as I just finished finding a studio to work out of. These guys are not only perfectionists in their craft but are fun people to work with.

Beauty Shots: W/ Priceless - The Color Green And Candy Rock Lips
Well once again I got to work with my good friend Priceless. We definitely work on the fly and never plan anything, but the day we are shooting. I know we make a good team, and I'm still in the learning stages of doing a lot of different types of capturing. She has talent both modeling and with make up so it's always cool to setup and work...I was trying out some Beauty Shots...Here a few from what we did...Enjoy!!!!
Daughters 17th Bday Shoot
First Blog,
I will start doing these blogs for the new year, of my photo shoots, to document my experience. This was cool to shoot with my first born, as a gift, she asked for a photo shoot. Which to me was cool, hey Dad lets spend quality time and work together. She's definitely photogenic so it make it easy for me, also she takes about 200 selfies a day, if she didn't know how to pose I would drop kick her (Trust me even if you know how to take selfies your poses in front of the camera are not the same). One of my good friends suggested we do a cake smash since I like doing those so much. After that we were game. We did 2 different shoots in one day, and we kept the outfits close to something like the 50's infused with now. The first one was on a location near our home, which was abandoned, and it was cold outside. The second one was the birthday cake smash we did that inside the house with a 6 feet wide seamless white backdrop. Here are a few pics from this shoot.
